At Village Eye Care, we believe strongly in giving back to the community and caring for the eyes of all those in need. Outreach programs represent an opportunity to show the community the level of commitment our optometrists have to their community. The staff also plays an important role in community outreach. Dr. Vaughan did vision screenings on all the students at St. Patrick's school for 15 years. The doctors also work with Better Health to help people with their visual and ocular needs. We have also performed vision screenings with the Vision Resource Center. Dr. Arcolano and Vaughan have worked with eye care teams in Central and South America on seven mission trips.
