We will be closing our office temporarily per the directives from the CDC and the NC State Board of Optometry. This temporary closure will be reviewed in two weeks when the Coronavirus risk is reassessed.
This coming Tuesday, March 24th, will be our last day until the virus risk has ended. Please come in immediately if you have any eyeglasses or contact lenses you need to pick up. Although we will be closed starting on March 25th, we will make individual arrangements to dispense eyeglasses that were already ordered if they arrive at our office after March 24th.
We will still be available to our existing patients if they experience an ocular medical emergency. Examples would include foreign bodies in the eye, sudden loss of vision, or ocular injury or infection. Although our doors will be closed, we will have the phones answered from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm every day. Call us if you have an emergency and we will make arrangements to help you. We also have an answering machine after hours were you can leave a message.
We know this is an inconvenience , but one that is forced upon us by the coronavirus emergency. We will send an update when we are able to reopen.
